A spacious tree-shaded lawn unfolds beside the historic home, offering a peaceful country setting ideal for small gatherings and outdoor celebrations. Mature trees provide natural shade and a sense of privacy, while the open greenspace allows for flexible layouts-from intimate ceremonies to relaxed receptions. Surrounded by the quiet beauty of the countryside and the timeless presence of the historic house, the lawn offers a naturally elegant backdrop that feels both inviting and unhurried.

Welcome to the Gazebin!  We took an old grain bin and converted it into a gazebo – or what we like to refer to as, The Gazebin. Adjoining are two additional patios. It is quite roomy.  Multiple tables can be set up to serve or to dine.  This unique outdoor space can be rented separately for smaller events. 

The Event Barn - Originally constructed for processing hybrid seed corn and later serving as a horse barn, this unique event barn carries generations of agricultural history within its walls. Thoughtfully preserved rustic details pay homage to its working-farm roots, including a former horse stall now reimagined as a charming bar or serving area. A spacious west side addition opens the barn to an airy, flexible gathering space-perfect for intimate celebrations, receptions, and small events - blending authentic character with practical versatility.

Kosy Grove is 10 miles from Marshall, Missouri, and a close drive from the historic town of Arrow Rock, Missouri.  It can serve as a landing point for weekend trips to Arrow Rock, the Katy Trail, Van Meter State Park, local wineries, orchards and more.
